Refund policy

1. Refund window

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may request a full refund. Simply contact us by email at support@woodandwit.com.

After that 30-day period we are unfortunately no longer able to offer a refund or an exchange.

2. Condition of returned items

To be accepted, a returned item must be:

  • in its original condition, as you received it;
  • in its original packaging, intact and complete.

Any item returned damaged, incomplete or used cannot be refunded.

3. Return shipping costs

The cost of returning your item is your responsibility and is not refundable. Where a refund is approved, return shipping costs are deducted from the total amount refunded.

4. How your refund is processed

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received the item. We will also tell you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it is processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

5. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take these steps in order:

  • check your bank account again;
  • contact your card issuer, as it can take time for a refund to be posted;
  • contact your bank, as processing times vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@woodandwit.com.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence, which apply in addition to the terms above and cannot be excluded. Where your local law grants you a longer or more favourable remedy than this policy, that law prevails.

If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 30-day window described above is offered in addition to, and does not replace, that right.
